Full-time or Part-time Subcontractor moving to W2 at a later date
Position is regular day hours, but will need some phone/email availability during off hours (minimal)
Compensation varies based on experience
Purpose of role: As an associate, your primary focus is to effectively “own” any administrative responsibilities in our Business Development group. This position offers a great opportunity to also grow in Business Development skills.
Responsibilities
Manage Business Development Schedule
Monitor availability and performance
Manage Documents/Databases
Create, manage, categorize and prioritize contact database
Work with DBD to efficiently and effectively send out deal memos
Modify and maintain contracts and contract templates
Manage Follow-up
Ensure appropriate action items are assigned to team members
Ensure the Monetyze delivers business development deliverables on-time
Manage Deal Flow
Update and maintain CRM system to properly track business development pipeline at all stages
Create and manage reports to executive team on pipeline
Assist DBD in accomplishing revenue goals
Grow in Business Development
Participate in many calls/meetings and study BD techniques.
Begin (at appropriate times) to take on some BD opportunities independently.
